Hello,
The right side of the header on my site contains links that displays perfectly on chrome, firefox, safari, ie8. However, when it comes to ie7, the links within the header seems crunched up or distorted. I am using a custom template (blogger). Site- (in my pofile)
I don't know much about css coding, its difficult for me to figure out why this is happening.
I would really appreciate if anyone can take a look at my website (in my profile). Look forward to get some suggestions from everyone.
Thanks in advance,
Chetan

I've been thanked 2 times.

I remembered stumbling onto something in the mountain of CSS links I was studying a few weeks back when trying to build my own theme, but I can't recall exactly what it is. Did some searching and came up with "css reset" - a technique used to set everything to 0 (or null) before you start customizing the style. Maybe it'll help you narrow down your particular problem?
Here is a nice beginner article to start with http://sixrevisions.com/css/css-tips/cs … css-reset/
Howdy Fyrfli,
Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to figure out the problem later today... I guess it had to do something with display:inline code... I removed it & put together a proper/generic div menu with css. Now the site is rendering correctly in ie7.
I will definitely keep the suggested beginner site for css for future help.
Once again, many thanks to you for taking your time to reply. I appreciate your feedback.
Take Care,
Chetan
