no that is just for your personal settings in google so page you like or find good you can click + so they apear for you when you search again. Well thats what google said when it first came out.

Clicking the arrows will never make you rank higher of Search Engines. Backlinks are an important factor for Search engine rankings. The more quality backlinks you have the more are your chances of getting placed higher in search results.

I think seoguru must mean something else in Hindi or whatever language. Certainly nothing to do with search engine knowledge.....
