Greetings, when you start out with “Everywhere i read” and still don’t understand the concepts, then it’s a sign that maybe you shouldn’t be reading “everywhere”. There are different types of link building processes and you need to understand that link building is not an “end all” seo process/task.
Without knowing anything about your site or its architecture I cant give you a lot of site specific advice, but I would recommend that you first start with reading up on foundational link building.
http://www.seodesignsolutions.com/blog/ … -building/
How you get quality links has a lot of variables. Note: internal link structure can work to your advantage as do external links. In a general way you can seek friends with sites that share your interests and simply ask them for a link. If you don’t have any friends you can buy some inbound links from relevant pages, or manufacture your own. If you have a site that has content that others find valuable, then the links will come naturally and over time.
Below is a list of tasks you should be become knowledgeable in:
http://forums.site-reference.com/topic/ … ingertips/
The takeaway is that there is no one place or technique and link building takes time. And I go back to "Without knowing anything about your site"
Thanks for the reply,
I do have some experience in SEO and i'm not looking for foundation links there link that i can manage to get. The article you posted says the same thing again here is a quote
"One site I recently came across had a page rank of 5 and only had 23 backlinks. Ironically the main ranking factor came from one alone, the other 22 were just average. So, don’t be blinded by quantity or the obvious when looking for linking opportunities."
But then it does not say anything about how to get good quality back link unless you buy them.
I have tried contacting people to get good links but know one is ever interested.
Is there another way. And please don't take to much concern about my site the ideas shared here i will adapt to my content.

I would not be able to advise you on “how to” get links unless I knew about your site and your goals. If your just looking to increase the green in your tool bar, then your on the wrong path my friend.
Why would i want to increase the green in my toolbar.

Well I can see why you don’t get any takers, Full of Ads, Adsense and a site map that completely links out to another site. Create a site that has value and your SEO life will be much easier.
Thanks for the feedback. But that's not my question!
"I would not be able to advise you on “how to” get links unless I knew about your site and your goals."
You have the site if you don't have any "advise on how to get links" then please stop replying.

You are not getting it, even if I was a digital pointless directory owner I probably wouldn’t give you a listing. Outside of ads, and your attempt to get people to click them, your site serves no real purpose. Therefore my advice is for you to hang it up or start over.
I can reply to as many posts as I wish.
My site give free tutorials to people no one is obliged to click the ads.
You sound like you would be a good site reviewer so i added my site for review here is the link:

You should go and bag my site there.
Thanks
If anyone has any idea of how to get good quality back links I would love to hear it.

Good quality back links now thats an interesting subject!
Important thing to remember here is that you need quality back links not quantity so you should spend your time looking for websites which will provide quality in the links they provide.
I personally think writing articles or posting on forums which are related to the subject matter of your website provide the best traffic.
You should carefully choose a small selection of article directories to submit to, i.e. ones which have high traffic and get indexed regularly. You should also not post your duplicated articles to several sites as all major search engines do not like duplicate content. Spend time writing good quality articles to get good quality traffic.
A neat little trick I found the other day was finding blogs which allow a FOLLOW link within the comment submission, use the following query on Google to get relevant blog sites to submit to:
Code:
seo "Enter YourName@YourKeywords in the Name field to take advantage."
Replace "seo" with your target optimisation keyword to get relevant blog sites for your industry.
excellent tips I will try this thank you.

When I saw his site, I didn't saw any problem. I never think that the ads will going to be his problem. Honestly, I think ads can attract visitors. I think you're right, too much ads might affect your site! Thanks for the info!

You can determine if a backlink is good or not, while keeping in mind the following factors:
Relevance - The site the backlink comes from must have some relevance to your site. Links from sites that are similar to your own will be counted more highly than those from sites that have no relevance to your site.
Page Rank - The popularity of the site that the backlink comes from it very important. If a very large popular site links to you it is seen as a bigger endorsement than a bunch of very low page rank sites backlinking you.
Originality - The content of the site that backlinks you must also be original content. Google punishes copied material and links from sites that are punished are punished accordingly also.
In order to obtain good quality links you really need to build content that is worth linking to. Spend some time developing quality content then implement a plan to get links.

Quality of back links means back links that you get on relevant sites.. Talking about quality, its all about relevancy.. Google gives more weight on back links on relevant sites compared to irrelevant ones..
