Thats fine if you are searching for a niche blog but this is for blogs with follow on for links not just blogs in general. Useful link tho thx

Sorry, can you explain it properly. I tried it, but it says "no results found". So want to make sure whether I have done it correctly or not.

Unless you're posting relevant, on topic comments that demonstrate that you read the blog post and aren't just commenting to link spam, it is likely a waste of time. Added to that, if the blog is getting a lot of those types of comments, they could also get ones from unethical SEO folks which could put you in the dog house with google.
As some one who moderates against blog comment spamming, my suggestion for avoiding wasting your time:
1. Read the article that you are responding to and respond accordingly. Title isn't enough to demonstrate that.
2. Comment once in reply to a particular blog unless you're willing to do a lot of number 1.
3. Reply with your real name. If you comment with "Gold 4 Warcraft" instead of "John Doe," people will REALLY think you're link baiting/spamming and delete your comments.
4. Watch what referrer you use to visit a blog with rel=follow. An easy way to spot comment spam is if a person self googles to see if their newly created link shows up, if the visit came through Disqus (and has 100 similar comments to their names) or includes SEO or other search terms that indicates that you are looking for a chance to link bait.
Because violating those four things are all good ways to waste your time and effort of using blog comments to link build. You're better off spending your time on delicious and LiveJournal if you can't follow those rules.
Well, I think some of the blog in Google search the blog is not do-follow some of them change to no-follow attribute because of some spam comments.

It isn't worth the time and effort unless you do it right. Social bookmarking, e-mailing sites and asking for links, creating quality content are better uses of time.
