I would work on your SEO. I don't get whatever that moving thing is on your home page. It's a real distraction. Get the AdSense off your Home Page. That should work for now! I did like the blue background.

the blue thing is the logo, that and adsense both work for me.

On first going there it seems well put together, but it also seems a little cookie cutter, like it was straight from a template.  Other than that well put together.

Great Layout, this is the typical corporate webpage layout which gives good trust and a professional feel.

I would make the image a bit bigger and shorten all the text i think their is a bit too much.

Also dont forget to add your meta tags especially title and description keywords are kinda useless now.

Looks good, but i'd say try avoid using flash on websites coz its harder to rank for google search if you use much.

I've reviewed your website, and these are my opinion about it:

1. Your website looks clean and easy to understand
2. Easy to navigate
3. The buttons are nicely arranged, but not the text.I think if you could indent the text below 'Dynamic Exchange Ratio' title to make it more properly arranged, that would be better.
4. No spelling error. Good.
5. The background color is just nice. Because you don't put too many colors on it. It looks clean and easy to read.

I think the flashing logo is a distraction and don't really understand what it represents. It kinda looks like a pill. I went to the contact page twice You need more contact info than just an email. I'm sure your competition must have. I didn't see it for the Google ads and the log in. Why would you have that on your contact page. Is it a background element? It has to be, it is on all your pages. Delete it from your background and just have it on the home page. It really looks unprofessional on all the pages. The about us ought to be about you and your company. It is not the place to explain exchange ratio. The last thing you need is a log in page. The link to it is just below a log in box on home. The faq's page needs some more questions. It looks overly simplistic. Well, that's a lot of negatives but that is what a review is for. I do like your color scheme.
