Over all its good, colors are visually attracting, and it feels like a website for kids, so we know who the website is for, and people who feel targeted will stay on it and navigate throughout it.

I think it can be polished a bit though.

You have a nice colorful website. But the borders below the website header (the one with picture of balloons,gifts,etc) look not so properly arranged. Same goes to the text below that borders, I think it is too large. Your website would look nicer if the borders are rearranged, make it to be in one row, and the text below the borders is decreased to smaller size. Overall, your website look so attractive and clean.
