Are there too many ads on my site? Do I need to reduce the quantity of ads?

I have just checked out your site, I loved it; simply but to the point. It also works well I downloaded it - Thanks.  I also thought there wasn't to many adverts.

i dont think there are many ads in it.The main content is clearly visible so no big deal.

The ads look ok. You have blended them with the color scheme so they aren't unattractive. You have a pleasant color scheme.

free music downloads are copyright theft in my eyes considering i have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on connecting to the offical content of record labels.

3 million tracks, all official..... cost a bomb, not impressed with any site offering free mp3 downloads or associated products when you're basically stealing other people's IP and making a buck on the back of it.

is copyright theft acceptable then in your eyes?

The amount of adds is fine. Great idea and well presented. I think you should look into the wording on the home page to read more professional and without the gramma error.

This site is very clean, good job. I don't see anything wrong with it, a few more ads wouldn't hurt it a bit, depending on how much you're relying on them.

The kind of reviews I have seen so far are not more than comments except for few persons who have given genuine reviews. 

Purpose of site

I am not clear about,  Are you the publisher of software or affiliate. For now I am assuming you are the publisher / developer of the software.

I cannot understand the logic of putting google ads on a product site. It is like trying to have best of both worlds. Google ad is contextual ads so it will show your competitors product which might take your visitors away from your site. One has to make up mind whether to earn money from the software or from google adsense . Trying to go for both does not seem to be a good idea.

On the left top the header text is not much clear you can try a different font. I think it would look great if you take "FreeMP3Get" above the dividing line of background and "Unlimited To Download 90,000,000+ Songs For FREE!" just below the dividing line as you have done with menu.

"Reezaa MP3 Converter" at the top I think this site is about "FreeMP3Get". If you would have to promote other software please do it after "FreeMP3Get".

I could not understand about "Partner Links" on the right side of the page. "Alexa" and "You Tube" ?? Does it really help just to link to top websites in SEO

In FF 3.5.3 there is no gap between google ad and screenshot. You can try to put them beside each other with some gap.

It is no good if a downloader or buyer cannot see who you are. No company, No about us, no one to claim the ownership of the software?

Most of us are small companies or even work from home. There should be no hesitation in giving out information about who the publisher are of the software.

It would be great if there is an About Us or at least some info about the publisher.

If you are really serious about your software then the website needs to be worked very hard. It is again sad to see how many people just for the sake of it are putting comments like "nice" or other one lines. I hope every body knows here You get back what You give out.
