Hello,
We've recently ran across a small issue/problem. Implementing a new analytics tracker (google analytics)... but problem is, since it's a bigger site, how can I be absolutely sure it's implemented on every page of it?
Any of you know some script/tool that can be used to check that? I'm guessing even if there is some crawler for eg. that can check for a code within a page, it still wouldn't be able to access pages that people get to via forms/post data or similar.
Just thought I'd ask in case anyone has ever encountered this problem and found a viable solution.

This is where templating comes in handy
Just add the code to your template file and it will appear on all your pages.
What, you don't use templating??????

@ Northie: Yes, the site uses templates, but there are many highly customized pages that use their own templates (or built-in), thus making it hard to check each and every one. I know having the html built-in makes harder for page updates, but in some cases it's the best option (not much different than making just one template file used exclusively by that page).
@ Allenion: Thanks! That proves to be just the service we need (limited to 1,000 pages in the free scan though, not 25,000)
If you have Dreamweaver you use the search facility on individual pages, on a folder, directory or an entire site.

Rob.
