Just a note to people using Windows 7 build 7000 - that beta version expires in a week, so make sure to backup everything now and grab the new version from the MS site

I downloaded and installed windows 7. Installation was flawless and much easier than Vista. Unfortunately RC1 didn't contain any drivers for my wirless router or printer.

The interface has the polished steel look of Vista. I am looking for the OEM release to really test this baby out before selling it to my old clients.
I never recommended Vista to anyone due to the problems that were never fixed prior to release, which is what Windows ME was. Begins with C and ends with P.

Any new information I will pass it along.

But I'm still using Vista!.. I haven't use the Windows 7 yet!.. Does it consumes lot of disk spaces and memory?..

its too soon to buy w7 vista not been out that long really so if anyone finds an OME could you post it as I would like to try it for free once it comes out before I buy it
