my site is doing very well in Google search engine with good keywords but their is nothing about my site using that keywords in Yahoo SE...

What are the good keywords?

Did you use the Meta Tag keywords and page description?

Google does use the keyword meta tag but Yahoo still does. I would start there.

Google, and yahoo is using different algorithms, you can use right on-page optimization then you get good results.
