I personal feel there is too much text on the homepage it's overwhelming, when taking a closer look I noticed the most of text was duplicated. To fix this you should try to show only the topic heading to the user at the top of the page nice a big so visitors can see all that you offer straight away then when they select what they are looking for divert them to the additional information and details.

Also if you choose to keep the side bar i would shrink it down in width.

My first impression was Whooooo. Design. I know you want it simplistic but people want aesthetics on a website. At least a nice logo would help. Purple and Orange? OK enough of that. As far as content I go with you on that. I like the lengthy explanations. As far as the comment, "spam the hell out of" I find it not unprofessional and to me it humanizes the writer. I wish more writers used such humanism. OK, my spell check didn't go off so I guess those are actually words. Maybe it is me but the page seems out of balance and lacking symmetry with the narrow column on the left and wide on the right. Maybe it is just exaggerated by the color combination. I too have to wonder about your traffic rank.
we have native English staff - Bravo! I really abhor some of the foreign sites struggling with our language. Don't they have markets in their own countries for whatever they have to offer? I haven't a prejudice bone in my body but it hurts how some of them hammer the English language.
All in all I like you site especially your writing ability. If I was in the market for these services that would weigh heavily in your favor.
