BACK AGAIN!!



I dunno (doubt) if I've been missed but for anyone who's noticed I've been quieter than a church-mouse here over recent weeks here's why.

Was living with the girlffriend and slowly going mental over the years, it had lost the shine and it was time to move on in life.

I spent a few weeks under the same roof as her while sourcing then waiting for the keys on a new place.

Finally moved out, got a spanking bachelor pad in the middle of town, recent refurb of a 1930's building, top floor, two bed (second now office), roof terrace, it's sweet and I spent a hellovalot of $£ on making it feel more like home.

Had a lot going on in my life so have been very quiet here, now I've seen an article on mobile site optimisation I've been spurred into posting again and now hope I can return here with more vigour than before!!!

Now I'm back and I'm single so if there's any hot chicks in the Loughborough area who wanna come round mine to shake their booty on my Wii Fit they're welcome!!

Who are you again? 

Just kidding mate, good to have you back.  So did you make sure to get a place close to a good pub?  A man's gotta have his priorities you know.

Dave, I know I said I would write something but I don't have the energy or focus to do it.........

Now the mentalness continues.

Took a call from an old radio mate last night who asked: 'Can you do the breakfast show for three weeks?'

I get a few weeks on the radio again after many, many years off-air.

Just when I thought I was back I'm off again......

I might be back much sooner though if I can't keep my mouth under control, it's going to be hard to not say **** in every sentence....

ha ha ha.... funny thing, I have been asked to do a Pod-Cast interview next week.... was thinking the same thing as far as minding my P's and Q's ..... he he.....

Odd, my journalism lecturerer (many years ago) on the subject of radio interviews (taped) if ever you are going somewhere (topic-wise) you don't want to say just say Sh$t  F*&k and they have to start the bit again

Well, they are sending over the questions at the beginning of the week.... barring any rantable topics I should be ok..lol... strangely I had not asked if it was live or recorded... shall look into that...

Well my return to radio was short lived, very, vey short ilved and no I didn't swear...... I didn't even get as far as going on air.

I got to the studios and they were a total crap hole, not one presenter had been paid since April and the hotel I was promised I had a reservation at wasn't booked so I walked......

Thank you Lazer Broadcasting, you reminded me what a bunch of tossers run radio stations and remended me why I left that industry!

Thats unlucky... if you are up for some revenge i might suggest you go to chinavasion and pick up a few cellphone signal jammers and plant them all around the studio... the idea of a radio station that cant communicate makes me warm inside
