I have been using this site http://www.yudufreedom.com/index.htmlrecently to create page turning publications. They dont give loads of functions but ITS FREE and so far has worked very well . I quite often have to e mail 20/30 page pdf brochures and have found this to be a good alternative as they provide a url that links to the publication.
They even host it as well.
all you need to do is upload the pdf with an e mail address 2 mins later its done  - and after using the service for 1 month I have no unwanted sales e mails -  bonus
