I see so many of those now- gaining popularity rapidly

how do you find the info you've received WS?

I hardly ever fill them out- only on the occasion I'm really ticked off about something

Do you take the time to fill them out on other sites?

I've thought about implementing them, but didn't want to bug our visitors too much- any complaints about that?

@Nic  I think there is lots of value in the feedback that we have received. Not so much the positive feedback (everyone like that) as the negative feedback from people that did not complete their task. Some say they loved the shopping experience, some say they didn’t see what they were looking for, some didn’t like the prices etc. One even asked for a job and left this contact info.

Outside of a few that said the survey came up before they were done (dam Safari users) no one has ever complained about the actual survey.

@Matte I am targeting a select group of people, the ones that are looking for free stuff and deals. Big portions of our customers go straight to the product and convert, but there is a group that seems to linger, yet do not purchase on the first visit. Those are the people I am interested in knowing more about.
