My question is I have a main site that is already built, but I also have about 4-5 external sites that looks exactly the same but all the file names, keywords and domain is different. Every link on those pages point back to my main site. The site still displays and the user has to click to be redirected, so its not automatic redirected back to my home page. Do you think google would consider this as a "black hat" tactic and blacklist it or negatively affect my rating? Any incite would be appreciated!

Black hat, no, spam, yes. Will it negatively affect my rating? I hope so.

Thanks for the quick response. I do need a little bit more information though.....
Will Google possibly label the site as black hat for "spam" content?

Only Google can answer that question. Spam does not have much longevity or weight so its not best practice for Web Mouseketeers

if the 'content' is different then it should be OK - the identical look would be no different to using a free template that has been used a lot
