Your site doesn't really stand out. the left boarder on the white part looks bad, and the bottom reflection thing isn't needed. Also you have 19 errors in your code.

It is adequate for a gaming/anime/hobby site. But if you are using it for something more professional it's best to use plain text and have a neater appearance.

I wouldn't have noticed the light blue reflection bar at the bottom if it wasn't already pointed out.

I'm a rookie. I wouldn't notice coding errors if they were flashing neon. I didn't hit any dead ends or broken links.....

If it is meant for service I think you should start optimizing it with your keywords. I found out only 1 site linking to yours. If this site is up and ready to accept work, it should increase its visibility over the internet. Try creating legal articles and submit to article directories with your links in it. That can help.
