I agree with Nic. The "send" set up looks funny.
The black and gray background really doesn't fit into the overall page color theme. Rather than have the background image scroll with the page, consider having it display fixed.
The form input labels all start with a capital letter except the word telephone.
The banner image file size could use some reduction to reduce display time.
On the general enquiries page you have a couple misspelled words."We will endevour to contact you within 24 hours of recieving your enquiry"
Should be "We will endeavor to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry"
With this I'm not sure that having it worded this way is really the best. Saying you will endeavor brings up doubt. Consider rewording this to something that removes this doubt from me - the visitor/customer.
The "Terminals" page;
Countertop should be two words
Overall a good job.

The English language version is the one I'd go with - using a the U on the spelling.
I think the home page needs more reason for someone to delve into the site. Currently a bunch of words that don't make me say "I need this!" So the up right text maybe should have reference to fast CC and debit card payments system etc
Maybe some reference on the front page to increasing staff productivity while increasing turnover etc. IE, more thought into the business aspects of the site, rather than layout and coding - then the ROI will come into it more.
err coding - 4 warnings, not that I care about those ones

Well, the black bar background is way too big. You should shrink them down to something like 4px wide. The rest of the site looks very nice. The navigation menu doesn't look like you can click on it at first though, and the send button looks bad being right next to the word send. All and all I would give it a 7/10.

ok ive taken off the text next to the send button and yes it looked pretty crappy .. didnt really notice that though my self...
when I first designed the site i had around 150 words on the home page explaining what the service was and what the terminals did but the client asked me to remove all the text and only use what is now there (the client makes the final decision on their own sites, i advise and they say yes or no)
Ive also removed the endeavour from the enquiries page because it does read badly and does portray the wrong message.
I was thinking about putting arrows or bullet points next to the menu so that you can instantly see they are buttons

IMO arrows would help and look good.

Nic already mentioned this, but I'm gonna expand on it. The line under Business Name in your callback form is split. what appears to be happening is "Business Name" is being wrapped to the next line, forcing the height of that div to 28 pixels instead of the normal 25 pixels for all the other blocks. If you can't get it on the same line, consider resizing the input div to match up.
Also, have you taken a look at this page in Internet Exploder 6? Probably because of it's margin bug, IE puts your inputs on separate lines from your labels, messing up your design.

RFID / NFC is going to be BIG.
I was speaking at a PayPal Mobile event in London last year and there were a couple of folks there from VISA Contactless saying how RFID and NFC are coming to the payments arena. Very interesting but a year later it's still not 'out there'
I agree about the background comments, the navigational menu is a bit large and the front page doesnt actually say that much about the product. or the concept of contactless payments.
As for the end of cash transactions? VISA certainly hope so!
For extra relevancy you could add a page or two about merchant accounts and the processes behind it all.
NFC is just begging to be hacked. Image if you had a portable NFC gadget, hacked to pick up on the signal from Oyster cards and deduct £1 from their balance and put it on yours. Within minutes of walking down Oxford Street you'd have picked up hundreds if not thousands of £'s.
Something about wireless payments in this way that I personally do not trust. I for one don't like the idea of having a card that transmits my data over the air. I don't even like wireless card readers in restaurants as I know the data is being sent over the air and someone evil yet smart could pick it up.........
