G'day Manus.
Your URL isn't to be found on SR, Mate.
Go to Profile at the top of this page and then fill in all the boxes. A photo avatar would be nice. We could then see who we are talking with.
Best wishes,
Laurie.

Your entire site appears to be built around paid links/reviews... Google is on the hunt & penalizing heavily for this type of activity.
I wouldn't expect to see your PageRank or traffic return anytime soon based on the current site.

G'day Manas.
You've done well, Mate! Now we can see who we're talking with. Given yourself a backlink, too.
Not sure what is going on. You seem to be using your content on more than one site. Posting to blogs or forums, perhaps? Would you please explain just how this is working. If your material is being duplicated and the other version is being indexed before the SE sees your original copy, then you'll have a battle.
I think you need to explain just what your business model is. Then, maybe someone can help. But it looks like morepro_cory got the main issue in one.
Regards,
Laurie.

As far as getting your rankings back, I definitely think it's possible. Here's what you'll need to do:
1) If you plan to keep the sponsored/paid reviews, then you need to add "nofollow" tags on all of the outgoing paid links.
2) Submit a re-inclusion request to Google.
OR
1) Remove the sponsored/paid reviews completely.
2) Submit a re-inclusion request to Google.
I hope this helps you in your efforts.

so how does google know they are paid links (AKA advertising)?
All they really are, are out bound links

Quite true. The issue isn't whether they are paid or non paid links.
The issue is that Manas has links to all manner of sites. Many of the sites are not related to the stated content of Manas' site, while others are to notoriously bad places such as porn and drug sites. Most of Manas' links are to sites, the content of which has nothing to do with making money online.
As I understand it, this would not go down well with Google. It suggests a site that doesn't give good information on a particular subject and it may be part of what Google uses to detect link farm sites.
Manas should look at his business model.

Laurie.
