It's a Wireless desktop companion. It looks like a rabbit, waggles it's ears, talks, plays streaming radio, flashes lights and has a developer API. The fact it has an API had me sold from that second on: http://api.nabaztag.com/docs/home.html

I've been playing and it now notifies me of certain actions happening!

Download stuff on my blog and it'll flash different colours for different things and rotate it's ears.
Visit my girlfriend's website it and it plays a cow going moo - low traffic or it would drive us mental.
Order certain things from certain sites and I get sound effects or flashing lights here

It could wave it's ears around, light up like a Christmas tree and read out any text you feed it when someone comes by your site and does X Y or Z........ "You've had a sale!" - There's soooo much it 'could' do!

Seems like a novel break though, from the drudgery of internet work.

If that was the case I would have written a public interface to it with a webcam and ajax controller so you could play with the rabbit in real-time!

I've too much real work on for that. Must do some and stop procrastinating with gadgetry!
