Hi ,I m arc from India.can anyone help me in SEO work to uplif t my site http://www.naukrihubDOTcom. Mention the points where my site lacks in SEO point of view.i am really tired of working on this........

One of the first things you need to learn about SEO.
This forum is not a forum to seek link exchanges. Doing link exchanges with just anybody is not smart SEO practice. You should do link exchanges with related sites only. Non related link exchanges will do extremely little if any good.
