This site was made live in Nov, 2007. The traffic of this site is now stable like 600 visits per day on an average. Also site is coming on some good keywords like horoscope 2008, world honeymoon destinations...
But, the Google ad revenue is not increasing.

Please review this site... all the comments whether negative or positive are most welcome...

You really should have your colors consistent across all the pages. I had trouble spending a lot of time reviewing it as my eyes had to adjust and focus to each page. This also, made me have to hunt/verify that the navigation hadn't changed.

Not sure what horoscopes have to do with a travel site, but if it works for you, good. The issue I see,
If I do a search for travel and click to your website and I see a lot of horoscope stuff, I'm going to leave the site and return to my search results going to the next travel website. Same goes if I were looking for horoscope and seen a lot of travel stuff.

Firstly, thanks a lot for reviewing this site.
What I had in mind when I made this site was the travel of total web. that why I decided to cover all the topics under this domain.

is the color consistency the main reason why the CTR of this site is not increasing... ?? I made that so because i thought users will find it interesting. I will certainly change its looks to a consistent scheme.

Also will try to correct all errors...

Would again pick out colo's point, You have put horoscope 2008 such that the whole site revolves aroung it.
This is something that catches your eye at the first instance. If you need to add this section then may be you should add it somewhere else and give the prime space to your major links.
Other point is, the site would be indexed and added to search engines as a horoscope related site as the first link and text caught on the page would be of horoscope (it happened to me too, all of my pages were titled "horoscope 2008" as my first link and description was of 2008 horoscope) check my site. I had to change the link position throughout my site as my site's description in search engines was not matching its content.

I like your idea of the web travels I really do think it's quite clever actually. I do however believe that previous comments were spot on.

Landing on this page I kind of would assume that I'm finding a travel site.

I'd suggest changing your home page a little. On your home page explain to people a little more about what your sites about! Give it some proper looking navigational headings.

Then target the keywords you're targeting on seperate landing pages. So make sure your travel keywords land on a landing page that's travel related. Your horoscope keywords land on a page that's horoscope related. In doing this I guarentee that your adsense traffic will triple, it's more targeted. Also, a good trick with adsense is to try blend it in a little better with the content on your site.

So if the links on your main page are black, make the adsense links black, don't make them stand out too much and make people think they're acutally ads. Make them think they're part of your site!

On more thing. What really tends to put people off is advertising before text. When I see google ads before I read what's actually on the page i.e. on http://www.webtravels.in/horoscope/aries.html I automatically get put off and bypass the ads...

Afraid to say that your site confused me .

I am not sure what you are trying to be travel or horoscope.

Is all your income from google . I put it this way because an example of the confusion is shown on your Honeymoon in Caribbean page wich has only horoscope ads. If i had purposly navigated to this page my interest would be in honeymoons not horoscope therefore no clicks.
Perhaps you could look at the content on each page to push google to show more relevant ads

Also i totaly agree with everyone else regarding colours I felt like i was visiting a number of different site

The horoscope, to be honest I wouldn't put that on, some people aren't into it and you might be loosing out on people using the site.

The actual idea of the site is a good idea though, but keep it updated. the valentines thing is way over and you should replace it with something else or pu valentines 2009.

Got to be honest, not too sure what the aim of the site is. If its a travel site, then visually maybe a couple of pictures could better explain what the sites about. Agree with the other comments, colour consistancy.

If this is a information resource site, then how do I search for info? Instead of having 3 google ad units on the home page, maybe reduce that, and include a google search bar which will search your site, as well as the internet.

Maybe take a look at tripadvisor.com and introduce reviews, encouraging people to add unique content.

Hello Genie i,m not sure but your site seemed to just blend together i had to constantly adjust my eyesight to make sure i was still on the same page and a couple of times i lost where i was .I think the concept of a travel site is awesome and i liked your setupof your packages and themes and the pages such as the christmas page except i think it should be more itntune with the time of the year at least only a few months out this makes the info seem updated .Not sure how the horoscopes come into play but it is quite confusing it is definitely affecting some of the ads on your pages relevant wise.But if this works for you so be it. you are doing something well because your visitation is there and somre other things need to be looked at because i would think your adsense revenue would be a little better. Excellent concept maybe a litte bit ofplacement issues .Wish you well in your online business endeavor.PS.wOULD LOVE TO HAVE 600 VISITORS TO MY SITE .[smile].Keep up the good work.

sorry to say your site is a bit confusing. a lot of people think that bright colors makes a site look great. the problem is not designing the site for your friends on my space. you designing it to make money as a business. the bright colors hurt your eyes people will leave your site in just a few seconds.
opening your homepage is fine. But you need to get rid of those flashing words. Anything that flashes on a web site distracts a customer from looking into sight. also have several links that work sometimes and other times they don't work at all. people won't waste your time when they click on a link you don't work the leaves site.
I would suggest if you're going to call yourself a travel site. stick with you travel options and offer the horoscope on the side. it's confusing to people when you put them together. the other problem you have is way too many Google ads on each page. we like to make more money with Google ads but if you read Google adsense rules I believe they only allow you three ads per page .
in any case when you go from one page to the other all you see is adds. even though you're selling Google ads Google does not rate your site because of that Google and Google adsense are separate. search engines like Google and Yahoo got a lot smarter. their looking for quality sites with quality content that easy to read.
one of the problem that I can see which is confusing to me. you have navigation buttons on top of the page and navigation buttons on the left side of the page. you should have one or the other.

Sorry, Just a quick review. I clicked on your site and the fullness of the green and blue started to make my eyes slightly hurt. I think you should use more pastel versions of those colors. It kinda reminded of my geo1 theme in that regard >.>

a first look at the site i think its not bad for me ,i love the colour though,but i tried clicking on some links and got once again to onother site i thought you were doing some marketing for some other site .There are also some outdated links like when i clicked new year in France ,i then went to the other page only to see taht you are again led to another site talking about new year 2008 in France.
ill try other links though

Congrats on your site. We are all looking to improve our site experience. I must admit that I was a little confused at first what your site was all about. It was the ads that caught my attention first and not what you actually do. The site itself just seems a little bit busy to me, but I did finally figure out how to get around at look at information I was interested in. Hope this helps.
