Please review my site, I'm using CSS, but seems the loading takes a while. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

As a merchant and regular shipper I probably wouldn’t use that service and here is why:

1) I have online accounts with all of the primary shippers and I need to be able to multitask such as track, ship and import and customs doc

2) The FedEx query that I did get to work... did not display the delivery date and time.

3) When I queried for a valid UPS tracking number for an import... it had no results as well as presented me with the USPS logo

4) Also I would be quite hesitant to give an active tracking number to anyone but the customer or the carrier.

To help you out I will PM you a UPS tracking number that is for one of our business shipments, which is due today, but beyond that I cant give you any customer tracking numbers or info.

1) From the first look...
The lefty side links seemed to be ads, and so I ignored them completely. Change the fonts and make your links attractive if you want visitors to pay attention to them.

2) Probably the link bar at the top is sufficient for the user who comes to avail your services... I would advice you to reduce the length of the page a bit. Keep it to the bare minimum.

3) Work out on some colour schemes and make thye look and feel of the site a bit more professional. It is a must to gain trust amongst your user. In your business I think visitor loyalty is what you should be looking for... read some article on how earn a loyal visitor. That would help a lot.
