Strictly an amatuers point of view here...
For me the pages are too cluttered. I dont like all the empty space at the bottom and sides . I think it would look a whole lot better if you  evened out the content on  the pages    . All the links work ok . The pages loaded for me ok. I like the idea of the site itself . Free anything  is always in demand lol. Ill leave all the technical stuff for those who know to advise you.

Well my first impression was that the site had no credibility or brand, and that its true purpose was to link out to other sites.

Agree with WS as well.  The site has no identity and if it were me, I would not be tempted for such a transaction/ receive help from you.

Also the main content area is narrow and it is cluttered with too much images and moving objects which distract the user from reading.

sorry dude, bu ti think you should improve more to your site, it seems to be so weak in information and design - the construction of the main page is haotic

The colors aren't too bad and the general layout is acceptible.  The marquee has got to go.  The page is too long and what is your logo?  I would start there.  Also I am partial to a white background.
