Re: Google Adwords Ranking

Google adwords rank your ad based on how much you pay and the quality score of your landing page

Google now give lots of information about the quality score system, i suggest you read up about it.

You've also got competition to worry about so you need to do keyword research.

Once you have your keywords, you need to build landing pages, and get the quality score of your landing pages building up.

Then you need to track clicks and conversions, and do the maths to work out how much you can afford to pay on your campagin

There's a whole heap of documentatin out there - do some work and researh it.

Asking questions in forums is the lazy mans approach.....and no lazy man makes it rich

Ah! I think I know the answer to this one, better then your other question, however, just in case you read this before my other post, I know nothing of AdWords.

I do, however, know something about how to search on Google. Since you haven't included your link to your site any where yet, that gives me even a bigger hint for what Google is trying to tell you. Think about it, for a minute -- who will be searching for the term "Ranking?" With that singular word, the only time soneone is going to search for it is if they're looking up someone's name, "Ranking." Even then, I doubt they will find the person without a first name (or last name, if anyone would name her poor child "Ranking." lol)

Given the nature of this forum, I suspect you're trying to make money with a site about ranking with search engines. If you are, you might consider stopping your AdWord campaign, until the education part of your journey through making money online is closer to completion, so you don't waste your money. If that isn't the "ranking" you are trying on your campaign, well, at least you know why the results are so low from Google's perspective. -- who searches "ranking" without adding what kind of ranking they are searching for? To make money, you need to know the words and phrases that will get people coming to your site (and then need to know the words and phrases that will make them buy your product/service.)

Please don't take this the wrong way, given that I'm even slightly newer to the whole concept of AdWords then you are, but I strongly suspect that you might want to end your AdWord campaign now, so you don't continue to keep losing more of your money without results. At least, when I did so poorly with AdSesne, from my naiveness, it cost me no money. To make AdWords a good investment, you will need to know all about it -- particularly for your site -- down pat!

Become a learning sponge, absorb as much knowledge as you can from the articles and forum for SR, then go research more and more from the rest of the web. There are several ways people learn well, depending on the person. Some actually learn just by reading. Most learn by reading and trying it out at the same time. If you're the latter, cool! Apparently, you already have a site, so practice what learn on your site. By the time you've learned everything about AdWord and applied it to your site, your site oughta be ready to start your AdWord campaign again, but, by then, it will work beautifully!

Good luck! Better yet, may your fortunes not come from mere luck!
