The color, a little dark for me personally but looks good and seems to work.

Just a few things I want to point out.

The font-size is small, I had to increase it in my browser to read it.

With the menu images across the bottom. The 'Continuing Education' red book image looks out of place compared to the others. The others all have the red around the image and this one has it below the image.

The 'Menu, News and Events' are almost impossible to see since they blend so close to the background color.

The 'Quicklinks' box at the bottom of the home page, do you really need this? This is the only page you have it on and it may be just me but I am used to and like seeing something like this near the top, above the fold.

I must agree on the points that ColoEagle mensioned before.
Apart from that I like it very much even the dark scheme ( ) but I've been told that lighter colours work better.
It looks professional and easy to navigate.
