Ummmmm, I'm afraid! Ok, here it goes. Here's my site, I need some input (LAYMANS TERMS PLEASE) I took the pics myself, then I took them again, then I took some more. I know I need to change out some, but I'm jumping from getting the site workable & presentable to at least getting some type of search engine ranking. OK, Let me have it.

A couple of things first up
The home page text. I found it rather long winded - not to the poit at all. Try for a strong message in the h1 and outline some real benefits of using your site straight up. The text in your meta desc tag is about what you need.
Also on the home page Id make the contrast better between the lettering and the background - in other words, make the text blacker.
Work some more on the title meta tag. Its of huge SEO importance

On the product pages - Id be linking to see more product description
Also how do you find out the diopeter needed?

Sorry to sound that way... but get something done dude!
The site looks just like a one page blog, and the menu wouldn't inspire me to go further into the site.

Hope you are serious about the site.

My Opinion:

1:  justify text if possible
2:  i would prefer a neat navigation pane on the left of the site since they did not fit correctly at the top
3:  i would change the green background as it is too bright
4:  try to make cells same size, to align perfectly together

Try implementing these changes and check what will be the result.

Only a newbie myself but heres my comments for what they are worth.

First impressions are pleasing, the home page is clear and concise, the layout easy, the product is clear from the outset.Unlike my own web pages you have minimal text wich may score well with browsers, although I believe SEO's like a little more? One point though, as the website is aimed at people who may require spectacles I would prfer the text font to be something a little darker and or braoder, as it is now it is a little faint.

All round the website is pretty easy to navigate and loads quickly. No doubt the coders may have some views to help you score better with SEO's etc.
