It's an empty header variable
I have no idea why it's there but it's not doing any harm
If you have written some server side programming to get hold of this variable then you'll know what it's about; but i'm guessing not.
Google analytics is showing this because of the other site that links to yours. when someone follows that link, it appears in the url; google analytics then logs this url

Thank you. I am still trying to track it down. I was just doing a search on Firefox for a keyword and I saw my site with the "?epr" again, on a Google seach, and I hit the cache button:
This is a version of http://www.villaorleanspr.com/?epr as it looked when our crawler examined the site on 1/17/2008. The page you see below is the version in our index that was used to rank this page in the results to your recent query. This is not necessarily the most recent version of the page - to see the most recent version of this page, visit the page on the web.
I am back tracking and am trying to find where that entry originates from. I learned web design and seo by myself. My site appears well for search results. Whenever I update my page I always up an index.htm file. Any other thoughts as to how these symbols could have attached themselves to my domain name?

Yes - someone is linking to you using the the url with the ?epr appended, probably for their tracking purposes
There is almost nothing you can do about it [if you know who it is that's linking to you, you can ask them to reomove it]
There is nothing to worry about
