Looks better. You may want to do your counter a little different though if you intend to use it on your final product. Like it is it doesn't make much sense. I don't know if you're just putting it on there for testing purposes or if you intend to keep it. If you are going to keep it, I'd probably put it in a box near the bottom of the page with a proper label.
Your menu and submenu styles don't match. That's something I would try and make more consistant, as it doesn't seem to match up properly. I'd probably go with a more structured main menu similar to, but lighter than, the sub menus; and use the same style with the submenu.

Thx Colo Eagle,
The 0 visits by the way are history in the meanwhile
I discoverd recently that the whole problem with the 0 seconds staying visitors was due to the fact that I only inserted the tracker code in the hompe page and not on every single page of the website!!!
That way the tracker saw it as if they left immediatly, yet in reality they were nicely browsing the rest of the website!!!!
Once I installed the code on every single page, there are almost no 0 visits anymore.

Hello Steven,
I've put the counter below the pages. Would like to keep it.
I cannot use the same menu for if I do that, the letters are no longer visible and merge with the content of the page.
I used to use menu buttons but was adviced not to and keep it simple and professional looking.
Thx a lot for your time.

I think you might be a little confused here. I recall the first review you had and you were using images for your menu. Images only are not good for seo.
You can use images to have the button effect but what you want to use is blank images placed using css.
Looking at your site now having buttons styled similar to your logo colors and depth could add that bit of extra visible appeal.
Create three buttons;
A raised button,
A flat button,, and
a depressed button.
Make sure all three images are the same size
Then use css to place the buttons;
The raised button would be seen on links in their normal state,
The flat button would be seen when the link is moused over,
and the depressed button would be seen when the link is clicked.
Advantages;
1. You have images giving your pages more image appeal
2. You use text for the links, still having the seo advantage.
Let us know if you need help in accomplishing this should you decide to go this way.
