The flash animation looks good but it doesn't help. I appreciate your effort and idea but sorry, I'm afraid many won't take time to wait for your page to load. Doesn't count on SEO.
I like the design of it and I think the flashing and load time is ok for the main page...i would suggest making the other pages more simple so the load time will be less

Bish Bash Bosh.
All very nice and quite creative, but I am sorry it is not very good for the end user, the pages take a while to load on a broadband connection so those on a dial up connection have no chance. The text is too dark and small for visually impaired users to see.
Sorry to be not more positive, these are only my opinions after all.
