G'day SashaOFD. Welcome to the forum. 
I've had only a quick look at the home page of the site.
There are major problems with the layout. I get a quite different page in IE to FF. 
I see there are 115 html code warnings, some of which look to me, at a quick glance, to be enough to mess up the page.
It may not be necessary for your friend to go right back to the beginning and start over. The problems may be easily fixed by validating the code. I'd first be looking at the problems with the tables, followed by the font.
There's plenty more needs addressing but I suggest you get that much working right and then a review of what is intended to display, can be made. Give us a hoy when you're ready.

I have to say I am sorry right away as a new website designer I have no experience. I thought that thing at the top right was useless (what is that) and very distracting to the site. It took forever for the pages to load and as a consumer I am turned off by that right away. It seemed a little busy to me also. It seems to be a bit wide as I had to scroll across to see the rest of the page. But as far as the content, I don't know anything about your product line, but you seem to have alot of knowledge in this area and having customer comments makes alot of sense but it should probably be done on another page ie. read what our customers are saying about us. I know it may sound stupid but not all web design programs are not created equal. So I hope although it's not technical I hope it helps. Good Luck!

Took a quick look at your site through FF.
Please improve it - the placement, the font sizes too big. Please improve the layout and make a nice header.

The site seems to be a little jumbled. It has too many colours on the headers and lots of text on the homepage I wonder if that is necessary. The site does not look right and I cant really be more specific. Although everything seems to work OK. A more neater style would work better I think.

The optimizer in the top right is very distracting. There seems to be a lot of writing on the pages, should be more product pictures and ready to buy.

Wow, Got a lot going on here. Fonts are too large. Me personally, I don't like to scroll over to the side to read about the product. Tone it down a bit and you will be marketing a nice website.

Sorry but i am into audio and these speakers are cheap looking and probably cheap sounding, which I am 100% sure of, these are disco speakers, which do not deliver quality sound just loudness. Site really makes the speakers look cheesy. If the site looked better maybe it would make the speakers look better, Very bad, i wouldn't even stay on this site. Sorry just being Honest.

Audio is not quite my area of expertise and this does not help my review. I am concerned by the large white vacant space you are greeted with when the home page is loaded, some introductory text would help this.
It is not very easy to find something that really stands out as pleasing about the site dynamics. On the plus side I found the website quick and easy to navigate even if it is somewaht plain maybe a texture or colour might resolve this..

I am new at web design and not very technical with it to say the least. My observation is with the info given in the first page, I personally think it would be a lot better to have information that describes who you are and what you are selling before refering people to other pages of your site. Thats my observation. Though i am not yet technical with the web yet, i am a sound technician and i think i like the graphic on the top right, i just suggest also on this that there would be more images of the products than anything else.
