The page to me looks very neat, but takes a very long time to load!
I would suggest making the main text a little larger and improving the contract, by making the text black, and so the text will be easier to read.
I guess the content is not up to you specifically, so I'd make the suggestion of suggesting to the client that the main text references the customer benefits more. I'm sure this would not be hard!
The watery item on the main page - just wondering what relevance? Looking through the site all the pic seems so small!! I'd suggest replacing the watery image with a great showcase shot and making the internal images bigger and totally relevant pictures.
Also reduce the amount of 'fluff'' text and focus on great, easily scannable content that delivers solid consumer benefits. Your client will thank you for it.
Oh and I'd work on improving the page titles for each page

Nice site, you must have already corrected the loading issue. Loaded in under 3 seconds for me,
consistent navigation and layout
The font size 9px is on the small side, suggest increasing it to12px or 13px.
Products page - Missing the m in the word from in the first paragraph - 'to set their companies apart fro the rest'
Using justify for the paragraphs has them looking strange with the extra spacing. Suggest using the default of left aligned.
On the technical side, you have not declared a DTD this is important as it tells the browser what level of html you are using so your page can display the way you want it to.

Innovations page didn't seem finished. Chemist glass on front page took a time to load, for a screensaver like picture. Font was a bit hard to read. But all together neat concepts.

I agree with the other comments.
Too much blanc space and fonts too small.
The flash element seems not relevant to the content on your website and company.
Other then that the site looks professional to me and easy to navigate.
The pages loaded quickly here.
