I am a regular visitor to this forum and I love it. I've found the topics discussed here are very broad and the people amazingly helpful. I've had lots of fun, lots of learnings and the odd upset along the way - but hey, I enjoy the dramatics of life on a forum.

Hope you will find what you want here too. I imagine you have lots to contribute to others as well.

slywas007: You and me are new here, so far the welcomes are awesome, A good start wouldn't you say. So welcome slywas007. M'mmm real estate eh!! you would do well here in NZ at present as we are going through a housing boom, particularly in Queenstown lower South Island, Lake wakatipo area, It's a tourist area. A house 10yrs ago you would pay 60-80K now it's more like 400-600K. I remember not so long ago an old house in the middle of that town went for a million.

Cool name by the way, welcome aboard my friend, and your right everyone has been extremely friendly in here.  It makes for a great site to visit and spend time on.  I'm glad to hear that the market is booming in NZ, now if we could only get our market back on track in the US it would be a great thing.  This is only temporary because our market will rebound soon.
