Generally the site site was good for the targeted audience, exepting your customer service. I rolled over the customer service link, and was unable to click any of the links- this would be exeedingly annoying if one intended to enquire about your service...

Just some observations. I like your products, I'm a woman and would definitely buy from your site. I know your fond of the dark water fall header but adding a more 'day time' view of the waterfall might lighten up the entire site.

Is there any way you can move up the right side column of best sellers and show pictures of those products instead of gray links. I thinks the visuals could have impact.

Also I've said this in other posts. Black text is very stark. Find a soft more readable font. Lighten it up a bit. Use a dark or medium color gray and the site begins to look more professional.  The links in your text could be made a contrasting color to make them more prominent.

Hello, it is really nice to visit your website and it is very easy to find what is your customer looking for, but if you could improve your color tone with like pink, lavender color tone, then it will be great.

i saw your web, and for first time i said good site. i think if you want to sell product you have to use nice color and display big image that costumer want to by your product. And also your must display  best seller product and that point to costumer that you was sold some product.
