Remember that next time you are doing a site review.. they LOVE us to give to them... but no one is all that interested in helping us when we ask for it....

im with dave on this one, probably plays a huge part in why i dont do the site review thing... its quite possible that it would be more productive to beat your head with a hammer... it may be a headache but at least you know you are getting something back.
