Is overture is really not working ?
What is the best alternate to find visits per day for any specific keyword?

Overture keyword selection tool (as we knew and loved) died about a year ago.
Overture (now yahoo search marketing) did have some javascript powered, awkward to use replacement.
A fairly good keyword suggestion tool is offered by google as part of their adwords system
take a look here - https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
If you're into programming and automate querying, then the also offer an API, but the requests do cost money (but only a little bit!)

Read my post again and you'll find out!
I think what he means is, you can go to overture and it's working - http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchi … uggestion/

Nope - just times out
And it's not just me, or my computer.
I've worked in several different locations over the last year and it's been the same story - this overture is broken. Maybe 1 in 20 times you'll get a result from it.
But it's broken in my eyes as a programmer who used to write software that connected to it

And god knows the programmer couldn't possibly be wrong. hahahha

It has just taken me 10 attempts to open a connection to the site from my browser, then when i performed a search - it broke.
Overture even admitted themselves the service had been discontinued

I like the adwords one - it's more meaningful, the results are not open to manipulation and they offer an API so I can connect directly to it from my software
