Re: Web 2.0 Loading Gifs

You lost me.
I don't have a loading screen, and the only way I know of saving a GIF is by clicking on it and then picking "Save image as..."

P.S.
What is "Web 2.0"?  Is that xml?

You've lost me too, now. What do you want to do?

Simply put,
Web 2.0 is the concept of using the internet as an application platform, whereas web 1.1 is just web pages of content and links to other pages

Re: Web 2.0 Loading Gifs

I already saw that.

So, Web 2.0 is like using the internet as an OS?
How new is this concept?

Re: Web 2.0 Loading Gifs

The concept has been around for a few years.

Look at some of the more successful applications

gmail
facebook
del.icio.us
myspace
desktop2
google docs

There's always a rumor that someone somewhere will make a complete online OS that'll be as popular [sorry, as widely used] as windows; but what's the point when all you need is linux and an ipod?
