for some reason I'm having alot of carts abandon and it's cost me at least $1,000.00 or more.  I just don't understand why they haven't continued to buy.  I know my Handmade Jewelry sells.........we been to Festivals and everyone loves the pieces of jewelry they are one of a kind piece.

The answer is very obvious and has been discussed here many times - you require people to create an account.

Research has shown this chases people away sooo fast.

Accounts are not needed. If it is to make life easier for you, the merchant with order tracking, then you need to balance this against lost sales.

On all my sites I don't have this and any queries by email are easily resolved by email (adds a personal touch as well)
