Additional Comments
First website---so please send me any suggestions and comments. It was built to inform the student body about the Fraternity and eventually bring in more pledges.
Cheers!

Ummm what is the intended purpose of the website?
Plus size Hawaiian shirts - Womens
Car shirts - Matched shirt pockets
Hawaiian dresses - Made in Hawaii
As a first kick at the can it's a good start..so well done there
my biggest problem with this site is that the first thing i see is a big black spot that takes up most of the screen - the text
it's a lot to read and really jumps out a you for a homepage...i would consider breaking that up a little bit,,,maybe some bullet points for example
Second that..... A style sheet and design are definitely in order.

Thanks for the pointers. I will work on it this week.
It's a good start, but you should integrate the menus and the layouts a little bit.

Well, I am thinking from the previous posts you have been working on the site.
As a first site goes I agree, not bad.
Out of curiosity, is this a class project or did you just volunteer to do this?
My comments/suggestions, not in any particular order;
Since this site's purpose is to draw more attention to the fraternity consider adding some images that show the members in different areas and activities. Example, group studies, camaraderie, community activities, social events etc, etc.
The home page has horizontal scrolling, this needs to be corrected.
The navigation needs to be consistent across all pages.
The large bold text on the home page is a kind of slap me in the face attention getter. Suggest you tone this down and make it like the text in your other pages. Keep in mind that all the text from page to page should be consistent. This prevents those slap me in the face unexpected changes.
I would eliminate the marquee and just make this normal text, perhaps colored differently so that you still get the stand out that you are after.
In general what would be helpful is to search for a two column CSS template and start from there. With CSS you have all the page styling in a separate sheet allowing you to make a change on one page and have it affect all the pages of the site.
