My comments / suggestions;
Your flash header image is too big, fills half the viewable screen area. This should be smaller so that there is more viewable content.
You have horizontal scrolling, a bad thing. People will usually leave a site that has horizontal scroll. Should be fluid or at least sized so that there is no horizontal scroll.
You need to have a paragraph stating what your site is about. Right away you are asking people to sign up and join. You need to tell them why they should join first and then ask them to join.
You have some errors with your meta tags that need to be corrected.
In addition you have not declared a DocType. A DTD helps to insure the broiwser displays your pages the way you want them to.

I though your site was good but you have a big square box area that looks like something should be in there but there was nothing in it. I don't know if something is in the area but it did not load up.
