Let me try and reword that.

I am looking for some interesting websites where I can download and use images for headers etc. for the free wordpress themes I want to make available, not so much place to submit the themes to when done. (Although that will probably be another post)

I was hoping someone had some additional sites they go to for such projects.

I did find this while googling, maybe others can find this list useful also.
