I like the consistency in general of your site.
I have a few comments and / or suggestions;
You have used a lot of JavaScript when it really isn't necessary. Two big problems with JS.
1. The se's cannot read js so they will not find your pages.
2. If a visitor has js disabled they won't see the site as you would like for them to.
Your navigation uses JS when you could simply do this with text.
JS disabled there is no navigation.
JS to set the height of the pages. This isn't needed as the pages should grow with the content and only be as long as the content requires. With this you have pages that are long without any content.
On the home page, consider swapping the two images at the top with the text just below them. This will allow a visitor to know what the site is about without the need to scroll.
You have the following 48 code problems on the home page alone.

When I visited I felt like I was on one of Microsoft’s product pages. So my intuition is that no one will know what your site is about unless you have a hook or a descriptive headline. You only have but a few seconds to grab their attention and if you don’t, they will leave.

Agreed... 
As a beginning sitewriter and general all-round punter I have to say I'm impressed. The site is visually attractive, well laid out and easy to navigate.
As a marketing novice, I would remark that your home page, and some of the others, suffer a little from dense verbiage. But I imagine you don't intend the site to be found by searching cold, but by links - you're preaching to the already interested? There is a shortage of verbal (textual) hooks - headlines, bullet points. To get interest from the "uninitiated" people like me, you need to establish the benefits of what you do, fast.
You appear to have developed some technical skills that I'm still working on, and I hope you will offer some sources that I can read up on.
