if you had a css layout and some valid code that was semantic and made sense then i'd have a go for you, but as your code stands now - you've got a long way to go

1 - remove all JS into external file
2 - mark up the page semantically [removing all tables as well]
3 - apply CSS
4 - remove all JS image rollovers and replace with CSS

would you say its badly designed?is it difficult to do this as I am a novice

The visual design is ok, but the code is very poor, there's a lot - and i mean a lot - of unnecessary code in there, for example the auto scroll, the image rollover, the table based design.

beatbox - here's what I'd try

since the about us page just has "coming soon" and the home page just has that flash applet, why not just delete the home page, make a copy of the About Us page, and paste the flash applet in place of the "coming soon" text ?

thanks for that, I may have to do it, the only problem is that when i make paravaran asseman word at  clickable so you go through to 'contact us' it ruins it

I agree with Northie to the extent that it's hard to find where to go...

One thing, the <td> widths add up to more than the table width of 770 by one..

You might look into that.
