Not sure I quite understand the complaint Gypsy.... perhaps I missed something... pass along some detail will ya?

What I have been able to take from the results shown above is that Google may have targeted only “negative links”. If you want to review what is shown above, all of the Google Bombs that are now gone had negative connotations to them. All of the Google Bombs that survived can be construed as having positive, or at least non-negative, connotations to them.

If my assertion is correct, then average, ordinary webmasters will have nothing to fear from the Google Bomb update. My sites and my client's websites also reflect that the Google Bomb update did not have any affect on us.

Try that on for size.. To be honest I am just about fed up (again) with SEO bs.

In short I followed MC and other along the path. Ol Bill didn't seem to do that much homework.
Second.. GUESSING is not my ball of wax M8. I don't get PAID to guess.

I hunkered down and got technical. Looked for actual evidence algorithmically of what might cause such an effect. That's what a great deal of this game is about.

Like I said, props on the effort, it's simply a limited one. I am VERY carefull these days what I write in my knowledgebase or Blog. You can't simply go off guessing or a lot of SEOs will call U on it..

IMO of course...  besides... it's shameless Dave baiting on Nics part... he he

I have spent the last 8 months of my life ( and more than 4000 posts) trying to beat back the flames of Bad SEO .... While I care about the industry and it's future, I can understand why most Top SEOs crawl into a hole and stay there.... lol

TBH this artcile didn't aggrevate me as much of it being in a long line of bunk being churned out in articles and on forums .. day after day after day...

sorry dOOd - it's a bit of a long winded rant.. It started with the general frustration about SEOs and slowly grew. Recently a ahem..'SEO Company' tried telling the folks at my Web Development company about SEO ( not knowing I was around he he)

So I checked them out and they were a COMPLETE JOKE. And so it began.... carefull o SEO sooth sayers... If Dave come across ya - U'd better have yer 'poop in a group' or Dave'll give ya da SMACK DOWN!
