It was 2:30 in the morning when I woke up and (unintentionally) started writing code in my head. My mind started thinking about a three column liquid layout using floats and css. Finally, after two hours of laying there staring at the ceiling -I fell back asleep.
The next morning I decided to write and test this three column layout. It turned out to be a fun page to write.
Today, I would like to share the final page and some of the cross browser display problems and the fixes I implamented to make this liquid layout work on both mac and pc.
Please feel free to use this code for yourself. I put all the css in the page so you can just copy and past the HTML source code. Hope it makes for a "good start" to any liquid layout you choose to create.

I never post to forums, I hope I put this post in the correct section and I did not violate any rules along the way?

Cool layout,
When I view it there is a horizontal scroll bar.
Change your div#container margin and padding to 5px this will eliminate the scroll bar

Hi ColoEagle,
Great Tip!
I'm sure I'll be "dreaming up" some more layouts soon; I'll work on making them really challenging (nightmare-ish).
-with a happy ending ...I hope.
It's great to have a forum to share my passion regarding cross-browser compatibility.
