It’s a result reserved for the mega authority sites, you don’t “make a listing” like that. You can though make pages that are displayed with indented listings, they just wont have hyperlinks in the indented portion. Looks like this

probably have to pay google
Notice the links aren't direct links like the rest of google's results - they redirect through a google script so either google is cloaking an affiliate id or they're charging Apple per click or something

explains it a bit
Sounds like they're saying - "If your overall site structure is so terrible, then we'll map some links for you"

These are Sitelinks. The "Sitelinks" are picked algorithmically. It only happens to large brand keywords or generally popular search queries as in "eyeglasses" or "Porsche".
Google says they don't pick these websites by hand.
Good thread on it here:
http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/sho … adid=13667
Quote from Matt Cutts in the thread:
"For a small number of sites, we’re not just showing our regular snippets: we try to expose useful links from within a site. In this Berkeley example, Google shows links for Berkeley departments, academics at Berkeley, etc. Pretty neat (and more importantly, useful) stuff.
People who know Google well will go “Cool” and move on. Other folks will ask things like “Are sites or their links selected by hand–can my site get in on this? Is money involved?” And the answer is: it’s all algorithmic. The algorithms pick the sites where this could be helpful. Of course money isn’t involved at all."
More from Google:

The more "helpful pages" you have and of course link to them from the home page, the more chances you have of getting them.

I was amazed to find my site indexed this way. I didn't do anything to make it happen.
If you search for Cats of Australia (which I admit is not a popular key phrase) Google comes up with my site number one with all the extra bits added.

Yes Zoe I am seeing more and more of them everyday, so I must admit it is not only for top keywords anymore.
