Hi,
I think the question will be to existing forum administrators (any forum). How much traffic do you have per month from Googlebot/Yahoo Slurp?
I want open my own SEO friendly forum with 15 main categories.
What i can expect?
(I have experience with googlebot + business directory web site : 1.5Gb from start of the current month.)

I have tons of traffic from Googlebot or Yahoo/Slurp - when they get going they can do 4-5 thousand pages in a day.
they don't even come close to making a dent in my bandwidth, so I don't worry about it
for last month Yahoo did 32,000 pages and about 210 MB bandwidth, Google did about 25,000 pages and about 190 MB bandwidth - for me thats a pretty good swap because I get about that many visitors from them every week
