Hi--

I've got a tattoo flash (art) site, www.jinxink.com. How do I (easily) create a newsletter for this, given that there is no free content on tattoo art out there? I know that I can write my own articles, but I generally don't have time. I am also on a limited budget.

My first reaction would be to have users submit news, stories, or ideas to you and then start posting them in a blog-like fashion.  You could build a newsletter off of that.

You can also offer a newsletter that focuses on the updates you do at your site, but don't expect a lot of new signups for something like that.
