thanks alot for reply... but i just want to know that can i use a general website template( usually they contain index.html file and style.css file) as my blogger template.
I don't know why not -- just create a 3-column web template like your Blog, and go for it.

As a fellow blogger blogging with a free service and having a couple of web sites with free services, I'm noticing a trend that you might want to consider carefully, before moving your blog to another one. Obviously, free services are only free because the service generates revenue by the tons of ads on our sites. I never minded the banner ad on the top and/or bottom of my pages, and never minded the descreet thin menu of places to go to start your own blog on my blog, but in the last month or so, they're developing into covers-the-whole-screen ads that have to be clicked before I can see my sites. Sorta like pop-up ads, but the original ads were the banner ads. So, with that, and because I sense you're going for moneymaking opportunities with your blog, you might want to consider paying (albeit cheaply) for an ad free blog to place your own ads on it, instead.
On the other hand, if you still decide to go with a free service, the one I use for my sites (verses my blog) includes plenty of blof templates, too. (It's also the one that fills the screen with ads now.) Despite that obvious huge flaw, if you want to go for it anyway, just click onto the link for the Web Den. And, of course, if you're just looking for another free alternative for your blog, click on the link for the Teddy Bear Journal. (so far they aren't splattering ads on top of my page, first.) All my links have obvious ads for the free services I use.
