Would you please include formatting preferences to your "Submit an Artlcle" section? I'd like to know how to manually prepare an article for inclusion for your e-newsletter.
Thanks.

Please use BB code
You can format as you like
Please include author Bio
AND summary
the best thing to do is PM when you are ready to submit and then you can email it directly to me so i can make sure it gets published and work with you on any of the formatting
thanks AWC and look forward to it!

Welllll, Okey dokey, then?! Ummm, not knowing what BB Code is, I did a search, and kinda know and kinda don't know now. Every place I searched said it was for posting in forums. Is the newsletter a forum in disguise? It's a good disguise, if it is! By "use BB Code," are you talking about the links in the article, only using brackets instead of carets and skipping "www." if there is an "http..." instead? If it's more then that, you're going to have to back up some more for me.
Oh, and BTW, I knew that I could simply e-mail you the article, but I was thinking that you all could do a lot less futzing with articles, if you explained the guidelines, so articles, at least, look right, when you get them.

I'm here to help in any way i can so feel free to shot me a draft and we can take it from there

Simple HTML accepted instead as well, as long as it comes to links, bolding, line brakes etc... ???
Image insertion possible and accepted this way as well?

I would like to know about the formatting too. I just submitted a two part article entitled, "SEO in a Nutshell" and pasted in XHTML code into the article box and don't know if that would be okay.
Re-entering the entire article and building it with the tools supplied would seem to take an awful long time.

Assuming you sent it to SR, Nic said that BB Code is required. Not sure if that's the same as HTML, but thinking not quite. The coding is pretty much the same, but instead of < and >, use [ and ]. Did that make sense? If not, here's the link to the "cheat sheet" I used. http://www.gpforums.co.nz/misc.php?s=&action=bbcode
And, I'm pretty sure the SR guys will get back to you on it. Check out the whole thread to get a clearer picture of what is wanted. I'm taking forever to catch up on the housework, so haven't sent my article in to SR yet, but...should be within the next month or so. May you get featured before me!

A simple text submission would be better then an HTML one as i would have to undo the html code and replace it with BB...would rather just have to add BB
DW: what was the title of your articles?
