Can anyone tell me if declarations above the Head tag on a Home page define how all child pages are rendered?
My first thought was no, that each individual page would be on its own, but I saw something in my site that would contradict that. Please be professional , no flaming or FP bashing.

Everything I want included in a page or referenced I have to do on each individual page.
So I would say no to child pages.. more from experience than anything else though..

Are you able to post an example, or PM me?
Sounds strange, interested.......
I have some ideas forming about DOM manipulation and cache times.........nothing concrete, though

Northie: I can email you later today. I fixed the problem so it is certainly reproducible, but I can’t tell you why it did what it did. If it was DOM related I should have seen the odd rendering on every page but that wasn’t the case. It was like it wanted to see more about xmlns before it would adequately render the index in FF, but seemed to care less about the child pages.
